Hi everyone,

How are you guys doing?  As me, I woke up around half past 6 this morning.  ‘My biological clock is back’- I would say. lol. Praise to God.  Jetlag is crazy, isn’t it?

I will try my best to smile this morning as last night, I felt a little bit hurt by someone. I don’t want to make my day ruins because of  ‘an idiot’ (Sorry). 

Guys, listen…never ever use bad words to nice girls, especially to me or any other nice girls.  You can talk like that with someone who is also using those bad words in her conversation.  You will not have my respect, if you did. There are many ways to say something if you don’t agree on something. 

Just remember something, words are more shaper than sword.  We shall remember what people say about us.  We don’t want to feel like in life, do we?  Life is so short to say and do bad things.

Good morning :)

Good morning all,

How are you today? It’s raining in London.  I had a lovely long weekend.  Went to Hamel Hampstead to visit a friend.  It is always good to see God’s creation and miracles.  Openned up my ‘brain cells’.  hehhe..I know, it’s a wrong term. lol. 

Anyway, last night I was asking about who supports whom in relationship? The reason I asked this question because I have male friends who take advantage on their girlfriend.  Don’t get me wrong, they work. My friends earn good money.  Just that, I don’t understand why is it they ‘kinda use’ their girlfriend’s kindness? 

We know, money is a taboo subject to discuss.  Money can make someone happy or make someone’s life miserable, right?  In this kind of relationship, there is no such thing who supports whom.  Who are we in the relationship?  If you want your partner to buy something for you, I think it’s a sign of ‘materialistic person’ or dependent on the partner. Not only that,  he or she has hidden agenda behind the action. 

Ok fine, in some cultures, man has to provide to his family.  True, if the couple is married.  lol.  I am talking about a couple who are in the boyfriend-girlfriend relationship.  How funny is that!  If he or she showed this kind of ‘habit’ of asking his/her partner to buy things, food, etc, I think this is not right.  If he/she keeps saying ‘I don’t have money’, I guess, that is bullshit. If we don’t have money, just don’t involve ourselves in a relationship.  Earn the money and enjoy the life.  People are unique, aren’t we?

Please don’t get me wrong. It’s nothing wrong to give our beloved one something.  Just don’t take for granted and take advantage for our partner’s kindness. 

I do feel ‘not nice’ if someone gives me gifts.  I do feel like I have to repay them. I know they don’t want me to do that.  Ok fine, some of them don’t want money, and what should I do?  Normally I bring them to a nice lunch, dinner, or at least go for a coffee. 

That was what triggered me last night. I fell asleep quite fast. Jetlag effect, still!

Dear all,

I don’t know how to start.  Just that, something triggered me a lot. 

In a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, who supports whom? 

Oh well, I don’t know.  Just that, I cannot elaborate now. I have headache because of the jetlag.  so hard this time to recover. Hope to recover soon. 

Please don’t answer my question.   I am sure you will ask what’s the head and the tail?  lol.

Good morning London :)

Good morning everyone,

The weather is so nice. Bright and shine, good for picnic! Care for a picnic?

My body is still aching after a long travel. Woke up around 11.30pm after I fell asleep at 4 yesterday afternoon.  Tried to sleep again at 4 and I woke up every hour till now. And feeling dizzy now. lol. 

I’d better get up and do few things and relax today. 

All right guys..nothing much to talk at the moment. Smile always

Another jet lag episode… (hehehe)

Hello guys,

Interesting post, right?  You won’t believe what I did today. I know some of you may have similar ‘habit’ as mine. lol.

After I  got home, chatted with my housemate for awhile. Then, unpacked my things.  lol.  Had good warm shower and went to buy some groceries. Got home around 1 and relaxed. Slept around 4 and woke up 11.30 tonight. I am still awake.

Checking my emails and blogs.  Replying and adding new post.  hehe..I am still awake..  lol.

Hope to sleep soon. It’s morning in Kuching. lol. Mom’s going to Serikin, Bau (near to Indonesia border) with my aunts.  Good for her.  At least she’s having good time there.

I am home…:)

Dear all,

Just want to let you know, I am home. Praise to God.  Everything was fine.  Even though the flight was unpleasant.  I didn’t sleep at all as too many babies had crying party on board.  The taxi driver waited for me since 5 o’clock in the morning. My plane landed at 6am. It was bright and shine- I was happy and smiled.  Immigration was fine, and luggage- I had to wait for 30 min!  My taxi driver waited me till 7.10am and drove me home.  Got home around 8.30am.  He just charged me for 55 pounds! Thanks Austin. 

Instead, I watched two movies that made me cried. lol.  Silly me.  Thank you to my seats’ partners on board. They were both English ladies and supported me crying. lol.  It was funny.  Very emphathic of them. Oh yeah, the movies I watched were Merley and me, and The Reader.  Give a shot to watch these movies. 

All right guys, I am off and will write again.  Take care and hope I can recover my jetlag soon. In Malaysia, it’s evening. I will try not to sleep until late evening today. lol.

Food..food…food….Loads of them last Saturday ;)

Dear guys,

Last Saturday, every family brought food.  Usu and family brought chicken and beef satay, Auntie Hilda brought salad, & Danial and family baked chocolate cake. 

Thank you to everyone who joined us. 

We had fun and watched Akademi Fantasia 7 Final. 

May we have more family gatherings in the future. Good tradition to practice.

How to make cheese sauce?–> The recipe ;)

Hi guys,

Last Saturday, I made my own cheese sauce for my beef lasagna.  I spent like a week to find ‘the’ eveready cheese sauce. I went to Spring supermarket (Tai Kong Supermarket), Boulevard 3rd Mile, Choice Daily Mall, Choice Food Mall in Semariang, and Green Heights Supermarket Mall. But didn’t find.  These are the places that sale import stuffs.  I found some simple recipe of cheese sauce on the net and modified it a little bit. lol.  Do you know why? I bought the wrong cheese.  I should buy grated cheese, not one whole block of cheese. hahahha…. 

To be honest, I didn’t know whether I could melt cheese on the stove! lol.  I just gambled.  This is the recipe:

3-4 tablespoons of butter

1 block of Kraft Cheese

3 tablespoons of flour

1 and 1/2 cups of milk

Some white pepper

Salt…mmm..I don’t really recommend as cheese and butter are already salty, unless you like salty sauce.  What I did, my cooked minced-beef, I didn’t add salt. lol. 

How to do it?

First, melt butter and cheese.  Make sure cheese melts in butter then add flour, milk, pepper.  Stir the sauce constantly till it’s thickening.
